I couldn’t contain my excitement working on this one. I listened to 8 solid hours a day of my 90s techno-cheese playlists without speaking to anyone, purely under the guise of ‘research’ for the 90s XL hits album release animation with Sony. Pulling out out some bangers from the likes of Fat Boy Slim, Jamiroquai, and Bobby Brown, I showcased lyrics and imagery that made us want to grab the glow sticks and Gameboys again. Furthermore, the project was up against 3 other agencies in a pitch situation, and this storyboard sequence bagged the win, Happy days!
