Media Facilitator // Film Maker // Designer

Sustainable, Humanitarian Aid.

At Skills Factory in Samos, Greece, I worked in a community-led skills school that empowers asylum seekers to break the cycle of dependency through craftsmanship and collaboration. In my role, I led media strategy, managed volunteers, and pcreated multimedia content to foster community engagement and advocacy.

I facilitated workshops on photography, social media, and design, helping participants develop skills to share their stories and amplify their voices. I also organised and marketed events, teaching participants how to sell their work and represent themselves. Working alongside a passionate team, I contributed to projects that celebrated resilience and built connections across diverse backgrounds.

Every year, SKILLS FACTORY runs a fundraising campaign with a video. This year, I worked with the refugee community to create their most impactful one yet. Donations, contribution per donor, and donation per view all rose significantly—even with fewer donors overall for 2025 - proof of the power of storytelling.

You can view the video on the right, along with other examples of my work at SKILLS FACTORY below!
